 Classifier widely used in the processing plant closed circuits with ball dubbed sub-process diversion mineral sands, or to the gravity concentrator in grade ore and fine mud, or metal beneficiation process for granular grade of pulp, and de-mining operations in washing mud, dehydration and other operations.  Spiral classifier is divided into: single spiral classifier, grading machines double helix. Spiral classifier based on the overflow side of the spiral blade immersion program in different shades of spillway, can be made of the following two kinds: 
 1, high weir type classifier: the top of the overflow end of the helical blade above spillway and overflow spillway side below the spiral center. Mainly used for overflow particle size of ore grading 0.83-0.15mm; 
 2, sinking type classifier: the overflow end of the spiral leaves all submerged spillway below. Primarily for overflow particle size of ore grading 0.15-0.07mm.
